We look forward to the possibility of working together with you as a vendor for Divine Approach Real Estate and Property Management Firm, LLC. 

Please download and complete all forms listed below in the Vendor Packet section, including the W-9, Vendor Agreement, Vendor ACH Form, Vendor Information Form, and Vendor Reference Form. In addition, please submit copies of your current licenses (if applicable) and your current insurance policy. Please note that by submitting a Vendor Packet, you confirm that you and your company are eligible to work in the U.S.

Please email all documents to bookkeeping@divineapproachrealestate.com or fax them to 1.888.900.0687. Be sure that all forms are fully completed and legible prior to submission. Incomplete or illegible packages will not be accepted. All documents listed below must be submitted for review, and submission of a complete packet does not guarantee acceptance.

Please note that all valid invoices submitted by vendors are paid on a Net 30 basis.
