REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please download and complete ALL of the forms listed below under the Vendor Packet Section (W9, Vendor Agreement, Vendor ACH Form, Vendor Information Form, and the Vendor Reference Form). Please also submit a copy of your current licenses (if applicable) and a copy of your current Insurance Policy. Our company does verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. via E-Verify.
Please email all of the completed documents to bookkeeping@divineapproachrealestate.com or fax to 1.888.900.0687. Please make sure sure that all forms are filled out completely, and are legible before emailing or faxing. Incomplete packages will not be accepted. All documents that are listed below will need to be sent in for review. Submission of a packet does not guarantee acceptance.
Please Note: All valid invoices submitted by Vendors are paid on a Net 30 basis.
