• To help prolong the life of your heating and cooling system, we’ll have a licensed and bondable HVAC Inspector visit your property (once in spring and once in the fall) to perform an assessment, and make sure that your unit is operating at its peak performance

• Any detected issues will be listed in a report that will be sent to you

• Do you have a property that requires property management cleanup?

 This service includes cleanup for the following:

• Lease Agreement cleanup (single or multiple tenants without active or current leases)
• Squatter determination for occupied or vacant properties 
• Property owners unaware of the unit's occupancy status
• Multiple tenants requiring immediate eviction, without owner having knowledge of occupants names, or copies of current leases
• Property owners unable to provide multiple tenant's contact information, copy of current lease agreement, & current leasing ledgers
• Service also applies to properties that have unauthorized tenants

• Our team will visit your managed property once every quarter, to ensure your home is being properly taken care of by your Tenant

• We’ll complete a visual walkthrough of your property, and send you a detailed report with area images. This option gives you a chance to see the condition of your property on a quarterly basis

• We work alongside buyers searching for land to purchase and develop
