We will visit your property once (quarterly) to ensure that your home is being properly taken care of by your Tenant.

We will complete a visual inspection of the property and send you a detailed report with area images as well as remarks and pictures of any noticeable issues. This option gives you a chance to see the condition of your property on a quarterly basis.

BI-ANNUAL HVAC INSPECTIONS
PRICE: $145.00
(EACH)

To help prolong the life of your heating and cooling system, we will have a licensed and bondable HVAC inspector visit your property (once in spring and once in the fall) to perform an assessment, change your air filter, and make sure that your unit is operating at its peak performance. Any detected issues will be listed on a report that you will receive.
